Hi, I'm Shailaja 👋

I'm a Qualified Early Childhood Teacher with a Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Victoria University, 2025) and positive ACECQA skills assessment. I am registered with the Tasmanian Teachers Registration Board (TRB) and hold a current RWVP.


I'm experienced in both early childhood settings and primary school relief/casual teaching. I'm passionate about play-based learning, the EYLF, and building inclusive, safe learning environments for children birth to 6 years. My approach is always child-centred, culturally responsive, and rooted in warm, trusting relationships with children and families.
